Ready to fry - pani puri cereal pellets ingredients : wheat flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, corn flour, rice flour, maize starch, turmeric, baking powder (E-500), iodized salt & edible vegetable oil (RBD Palm Oil). Frying method : ? heat the oil approx. 170-180?c. ? put the pellets inside the frying pan. ? fry in the oil for approx. 30-35 sec. Stir continuosly. Fry until golden brown.make sure that it is not over fried.
